After sitting out Friday's series opener against A's left-hander Scott Kazmir, David Ortiz returns to the Red Sox lineup Saturday afternoon as they go up against right-hander Jesse Chavez. Pablo Sandoval is out for a second straight day, likely a mental break, similar to what Ortiz did last week in Texas. Brock Holt will play third base once again. Alejandro De Aza makes his second straight start, this time in right field, as Hanley Ramirez is back in left field. It's worth noting Ramirez will hit third and Ortiz clean up, likely to split up the lefties and not have Brock Holt and Ortiz hit back-to-back. Blake Swihart will catch Red Sox starter Joe Kelly. Here is the complete Red Sox lineup: Dustin Pedroia, 2B Brock Holt, 3B Hanley Ramirez, LF David Ortiz, DH Mike Napoli, 1B Xander Bogaerts, SS Mookie Betts, CF Alejandro De Aza, RF Blake Swihart, C Joe Kelly, RHP
