In the midst of a seven-game hit streak, Xander Bogaerts has been moved up to No. 3 in the order as the Red Sox host the Blue Jays in the first of a three-game series at Fenway Park. The Red Sox will be looking to snap a three-game losing streak, while the Blue Jays come in winners of eight straight. Hanley Ramirez is out of the lineup after appearing to be in obvious pain for much of the series in Baltimore after fouling a pitch off his knee. Brock Holt will take his place in left field, as the Red Sox go up against Blue Jays right-hander Drew Hutchison. Blake Swihart will catch Red Sox starter Joe Kelly.
