Red Sox lineup: Mookie Betts, Pablo Sandoval out vs. Astros

The Red Sox will look to snap a six-game losing streak in the second game of a three-game series against the Astros Wednesday night. Mookie Betts and Pablo Sandoval will each get the day off as Brock Holt gets the start at third base and Alejandro De Aza in center, as the Red Sox will go up against Astros right-hander Collin McHugh. Shane Victorino is back in right field and hitting seventh, while Mike Napoli will play first base and hit eighth. Dustin Pedroia will leadoff in Betts' absence.
