The Red Sox made a few roster moves ahead of Tuesday's game against the White Sox.

Right-handed pitcher Steven Wright was reinstated from the restricted list following his 80-game suspension for PEDs. Nathan Eovaldi was transferred to the 60-day injured list to make room for Wright on the 40-man roster, but this isn't that big of a deal since Eovaldi has already missed 60 games and can return at any time.

Then to make room for Wright on the active roster, righty Josh Smith was optioned to Triple-A Pawtucket.

Wright addressed his return to the team on a recent episode of the Bradfo Sho podcast.
