FOXBORO — For the second time in a week, Rob Gronkowski has missed a practice.

The tight end was absent last Wednesday and was missing again at the start of practice on Thursday. He was limited Wednesday with ankle/back injuries and appeared frustrated following his weekly press conference.

Julian Edelman, Jacob Hollister and Deatrich Wise all returned after missing Wednesday.

The other players missing were Shaq Mason, Brian Schwenke and Nicholas Grigsby.

The Patriots will practice Friday before hosting the Packers Sunday night.
