FOXBORO -- Rob Gronkowski (groin) evidentially did not participate in Patriots practice on Wednesday, per the injury report.

The tight end was present for the media portion of practice, but apparently did not practice once the media departed.

Marcus Cannon and Rex Burkhead also missed the session, and it's worth noting Cannon has a concussion in addition to an ankle injury. This is not good news for his availability on Sunday.

Overall, three players missed practice, while nine players were limited.

Here's the complete injury report.

TE Rob Gronkowski (groin)

OL Marcus Cannon (concussion/ankle)

RB Rex Burkhead (ribs)

WR Danny Amendola (concussion/knee)

WR Phillip Dorsett (knee)

CB Stephon Gilmore (groin)

LB Dont'a Hightower (knee)

WR Chris Hogan (knee)

LB Elandon Roberts (thumb)

CB Eric Rowe (groin)

WR Matthew Slater (hamstring)

DT Vincent Valentine (knee)
