Although the Patriots still haven't ruled out Rob Gronkowski despite reportedly not making the trip to Chicago, it doesn't look like he will play.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Gronkowski is not expected to play Sunday vs. the Bears, but is expected back next week at Buffalo on Monday Night Football.

The tight end has been dealing with an ankle injury for most of the season and then had a back injury pop up Friday.

In addition to Gronkowski, tight end Jacob Hollister has been ruled out leaving Dwayne Allen as the only healthy Patriots tight end.
