As expected, Rob Gronkowski is inactive Sunday against the Titans, but running back Sony Michel will play after missing the last two games.

Here's the complete list of inactives: Gronkowski, Kenjon Barner, Shaq Mason, Derek Rivers, Obi Melifonwu, Keion Crossen and Matt Tobin.

Gronkowski missed Week 7 against the Bears, played in Week 8 in Buffalo and also missed last week against the Packers. With the bye week coming next week, it seems the team is taking a cautious approach to get him an extra week of rest.

He will now go at least a month without playing in a game, which may be the best thing for him right now. Jacob Hollister will play for just the fourth time this season.

With Michel back, there's no need for Barner to be active. Mason was ruled out Saturday night, which means Ted Karras will start at right guard again.

After being added to the roster this week both Melifonwu and Tobin are inactive, which isn't much of a surprise. Albert McClellan will play, but he's primarily a special teams player.
