There was a court hearing Tuesday in West Palm Beach, Florida relating Robert Kraft's soliciting prostitution charges.

Kraft himself was not present, but his attorneys were. The judge gave William Burck and Alex Spiro permission to join West Palm Beach attorney Jack Goldberger in the case. This needed to be done since they are out of state.

They asked the judge to block surveillance video of Kraft inside the Orchids of Asia day spa from being made public. Several media outlets including ABC News, The New York Times, CBS, ESPN and others have filed a motion to intervene on that.

Kraft's attorneys believe misdemeanor charges don't justify the recording being made public.

In addition, they asked for a speedy trial, preferably to start in May.

The next court date has been rescheduled for April 12 and the judge noted he may need to change his schedule around in order to be able to handle this case.

“This case attracts a little more attention than the rest of the cases on my docket,” Judge Leonard Hanser said. “I may have to ask some of my colleagues to take some of my trials that are already set.”
