Florida prosecutors fight back against Robert Kraft following video evidence being suppressed

Robert Kraft's battle against Florida prosecutors continues.

Florida prosecutors will appeal the judge's decision to suppress the video evidence in his solicitation of prostitution case. If upheld, it would likely end the state's case against him as that was the only evidence presented when it came to him allegedly receiving sex acts in exchange for money.

This was expected to happen, so it's not much of a surprise.

The ruling came following Kraft's team arguing the video was obtained illegally.

Friday's court date was canceled and there's been no date rescheduled.
