Things are starting to pick up in the Robert Kraft soliciting prostitution case.

According to the Boston Globe, a hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday at the Palm Beach County Courthouse in West Palm Beach, Florida to address “multiple motions,” according to court records.

Kraft himself does not need to attend.

It isn't exactly clear what will be addressed, but on Thursday Kraft's team filed a motion to not allow any video evidence to be used in the trial. The video allegedly shows Kraft receiving sex acts on back-to-back late January days at the Orchids of Asia day spa in Jupiter. In addition, a separate motion was filed to not allow any of the video to become public.

Through his representatives, Kraft has denied any illegal activity, pleaded not guilty and requested a jury trial.

An exact date for the trial has not been set.
