Monday was a good day for Robert Kraft.

According to the Florida Sun-Sentinel, all videos from the Orchids of Asia day spa that were part of the prostitution sting, including Robert Kraft, must continue to remain sealed, though not indefinitely, a Florida judge ruled Monday.

The court ruling mean the videos must remain sealed to protect fair trial rights for Kraft, Hua Zhang (owner of spa) and Lei Wang (manager of spa). The videos could become available once juries are sworn in, or if other things happen like the charges are dropped or the cases end in plea agreements.

Multiple media outlets, including the Boston Globe, ESPN and WBZ, have argued this evidence should be made available to the public.

“I’m not messing around with this,” Judge Joseph Marx said, siding with a “protective order” last week from County Judge Leonard Hanser in Kraft’s misdemeanor solicitation of prostitution cases.

Also, Kraft's lawyers have continued the fight to keep the video evidence out of his trial, which is not yet scheduled.
