It appears Robert Kraft will be in a Florida court room later this month.

According to WPTV, on Wednesday, Judge Leonard Hanser set a "calendar call" for May 21 to determine if both sides are ready to go to trial and said Kraft must appear at the hearing.

In court Wednesday, Kraft's team argued their case for why undercover surveillance of Kraft at Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter should not be used in the case. Judge Hanser will rule on this at a later date.

Hanser added it is normal for the defendant to be present during this part of the case.

Kraft has pleaded not guilty to soliciting prostitution charges.
