On Monday, Robert Kraft was officially charged with first degree solicitation of a prostitute in Florida, according to the Palm Beach State Attorney.

This comes following a months-long investigation into sex trafficking that was focused on several central Florida day spas and massage parlors suspected of being used for prostitution. Kraft has been issued a summons, but does not need to turn himself in, as his attorney can do it for him. The same goes for his court appearance, which is set for April 24.

Although Kraft can serve up to a year in jail, he's not suspected to serve any time, and will likely be subject to a diversion programs since he doesn't have a previous record and it is a misdemeanor.

Here's a timeline of how everything went down, according to the affidavit released Monday.

Jan. 17: Covert surveillance equipment is installed at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida.

Jan. 19, 4:45 p.m.: Kraft enters Orchids of Asia Day Spa and pays for services at front desk. Then gets taken to back room where two women enter and begin massaging him. After several minutes the lights go out and sexual acts are performed. Kraft gives both women cash and hugs them as he leaves.

Jan. 19, 5:25 p.m.: Kraft gets into passenger door of 2014 white Bentley and is driven away. Officer who is on surveillance follows vehicle and performs traffic stop identifying the passenger as Kraft by his Massachusetts drivers license.

Jan. 20, 10:59 a.m.: Kraft enters Orchids of Asia Day Spa and pays for services at front desk. Then gets taken to back room where a woman enters and performs sex acts, including what appears to be oral sex. Kraft gives woman cash and a hug as he leaves.

Jan. 20, 11:13 a.m.: Kraft gets into passenger door of 2015 blue Bentley and is driven away.

Jan. 20, 6:40 p.m.: Kraft attends Patriots-Chiefs AFC championship game in Kansas City.
