FOXBORO -- The Patriots injury report for Week 12 isn't very lengthy, but there are some key players on it.

For the first time all season, Tom Brady has appeared on the list. He was officially limited in practice Wednesday with a knee injury. The quarterback participated in practice during the bye week, and on Tuesday, so it would seem it's not too serious.

According to NFL Media's Mike Giardi, the injury occurred on the play against the Titans where he caught a pass and stumbled towards the first down marker. That was the second to last play he was on the field for and could explain the early exit from the game.

As for Rob Gronkowski, he was officially limited with ankle/back injuries. He was also limited the week of the Titans game, but of course traveled and did not play.

Here's the complete Patriots injury report.

TE Dwayne Allen (knee)

QB Tom Brady (knee)
TE Rob Gronkowski (ankle/back)
G Shaq Mason (calf)
RB Sony Michel (knee)

WR Julian Edelman (foot)
