FOXBORO -- Josh Gordon and Tom Brady's chemistry has gotten better and better since the receiver was traded to New England after Week 2.

The veteran wide out has put together his three best games of the year following the bye, as he's caught 13 passes on 16 targets for 224 yards and a touchdown. Not only that, but he seems to have picked up more of the offense and has been able to run a number of different routes.

This has been the result of hard work between he and his quarterback.

"Just really enjoy our time together," Brady said Friday. "We spend so much time here. We’re here until late at night, early in the morning, on the field, watching film and so forth and it’s just been great. I can’t say enough good things."

“I think it’s a good suggestion to take, if somebody offers it to you, especially if Tom Brady," Gordon added. "I think it’s something you should pick up on, and that’s what I did."

In 10 games with the Patriots, Gordon has 39 receptions for 701 yards and three touchdowns. Since Week 4 (his first game as a Patriot), he leads the NFL in yards per catch with 18.

"He’s very strong at the catch-point," Brady said. "He’s got a big body, it’s hard to go through him, he’s got a great catch radius. So when the ball’s in the air, he just attacks it. I think most of the time they’re not really going for the ball. They’re just trying to get him on the ground and his catch-and-run is dynamic and he’s made a lot of great plays for us this year."

Brady and Gordon will look to build even more this week against the Steelers, as the offense likely will need to put up a lot of points to keep up with Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers.
