FOXBORO -- The Patriots are continuing their healthy trend following their bye week.

After missing last Friday with a knee injury and illness, Tom Brady returned to practice Wednesday afternoon on the lower grass field behind Gillette Stadium. Tight end Dwayne Allen was the only player missing at the start of practice. He suffered a knee injury against the Titans and reportedly is expected to miss a few weeks.

Nate Ebner, the only player besides Allen to miss Sunday due to injury, was present.

The first injury report of the week is due out later in the afternoon and it will be worth seeing what Brady is listed as.

New England will practice Thursday and Friday before hosting the Vikings on Sunday.
