Tom Brady hasn't said much on his impending free agency besides a few lines on Instagram live to UFC president Dana White last week when he said he was going to stay patient and was going away with his family for 10-12 days.

But, some more information was revealed when his former offensive coordinator, now Sirius XM NFL Radio host, Charlie Weis shared a text conversation between the two.

"I do have one bit of scoop for us," Weis said last week, via ESPN's Mike Reiss. "I've been texting with Tommy. I don't (usually) pass along these conversations, but one thing he told me -- 'Nobody knows anything. So anyone who is telling you they know, they don't know.' I'm not going through any other part of the conversation, (but) I followed up and he said, 'Clean it up.' So I'm cleaning it up."

There have been a number of teams rumored to be interested in Brady, most notably the Titans, Chargers, Raiders and most recently the 49ers. On top of that, it was reported last week Brady and Bill Belichick spoke on the phone and it did not go well.

What exactly Brady means and is referring to by "nobody knows anything" is unclear, but it won't be long before his future is decided.

The legal tampering period begins next Monday and free agency begins next Wednesday. If the Patriots do not re-sign him by then he will become a free agent for the first time in his career.
