FOXBORO -- There was good news for the Patriots at their final practice of the week.

Offensive tackle Trent Brown returned after missing the first two practices of the week with an illness. This is a good sign as it relates to his status for Sunday against the Titans.

With Brown present, the Patriots had perfect attendance, although there was a new No. 17 and running back Josh Ferguson was missing. This is likely another practice squad transaction.

Also, cornerback Duke Dawson was not spotted. It's worth noting as the deadline to activate him to the active roster is next Wednesday, or else he reverts back to injured reserve.

The final injury report of the week, with game statuses, is due out later in the afternoon.
