NBC Sports to air 14 Bruins games this season
NBC Sports released its schedule for the 2018-19 NHL season Monday, with the Bruins slated for 14 appearances on national TV.
The first game of their season (Oct. 3) kicks off the debut of “Wednesday Night Hockey” on NBCSN against the Stanley Cup champion Capitals on the road.
The rest of Boston’s road appearances on NBCSN: vs. Calgary Oct. 17, vs. Philadelphia Jan. 16, vs. New York Rangers Feb. 6, vs. San Jose Feb. 18, vs. Vegas Feb. 20., vs. Pittsburgh March 10, vs. Detroit March 31
Home appearances on NBCSN: vs. Montreal Jan. 14, vs. Chicago Feb. 12, vs. Tampa Bay Feb. 28, vs. Rangers March 27
The Bruins will air on NBC twice -- the Winter Classic against the Blackhawks Jan. 1 and a matinee with the Capitals Feb. 3.
