Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final is the perfect way to cap off Memorial Day weekend, and given that the weather's supposed to be good, maybe you'd prefer to be outdoors with a bunch of fellow Bruins fans.

Good news then. The city of Boston and the NHL are teaming up to host a free pregame concert and Bruins-Blues Game 1 watch party at City Hall Plaza on Monday.

No ticket is required for the event. It will open at 4:30 p.m. with the concert beginning at 6, followed by Game 1 at 8. Performers for the concert will be announced at a later date, with the press release saying they will be "some of today's biggest acts in music."

The event will also feature food and drinks, including beer, win and food trucks.
