How to watch, stream Sunday's Patriots-Jets game

The Patriots close out the regular season in Foxboro Sunday afternoon against the Jets. While they’ve already locked up a 10th straight AFC East title, the 10-5 Pats still have plenty to play for.

New England can clinch a first-round bye with a win, and it still has a shot at the No. 1 seed, but would need to win and have the Chiefs and Chargers both lose. If the Patriots lose, they could drop as low as the No. 4 seed if the Texans and Ravens both win.

The Jets come in at 4-11 and sit in last place in the division, but they’ve been playing some close games recently. Since suffering a 27-13 loss to the Patriots on Nov. 25, New York has played four straight one-score games, including late losses to the 9-6 Titans and 10-5 Texans and an overtime loss to the Packers last week.

Rookie quarterback Sam Darnold has played well since returning from injury, as he’s thrown for 594 yards, five touchdowns and no interceptions over the last two games. Wide receiver Robby Anderson has emerged as his go-to target and has posted 20 catches for 312 yards and three touchdowns over the last three games.

For the Patriots, Tom Brady will be looking to bounce back and finish strong heading into the playoffs after throwing for a season-worst 126 yards and 48.3 passer rating in last week’s win over the Bills.

On a brighter note, New England will look to keep its momentum going on the ground after rushing for a season-high 273 yards last week. The Patriots now have the seventh-ranked rushing attack in the NFL with 127.1 yards per game, while the Jets rank 26th in run defense giving up 126 yards per game.
