The Patriots will look to make it seven straight wins heading into their bye week when they take on the Tennessee Titans in Nashville Sunday afternoon. The game is a rematch of last year's Divisional Round playoff matchup in Foxboro, which the Patriots won 35-14.

There will be no shortage of familiar faces on the Tennessee sideline. Former Patriots linebacker Mike Vrabel is in his first season as the team's head coach, and running back Dion Lewis and cornerback Malcolm Butler both left New England to sign with the Titans as free agents this past offseason.

Lewis is the Titans' leading rusher (339 yards) and second-leading receiver (259 yards on 33 receptions) this season and is on pace to crack 1,000 yards from scrimmage for a second straight year. Butler, who infamously was benched in last year's Super Bowl, is struggling mightily in Tennessee, as he has given up the most catches, yards and touchdowns of any cornerback in the NFL, according to Pro Football Focus.

The Titans are 4-4 on the season, most recently beating the Cowboys 28-14 on Monday night to snap a three-game losing streak. They lead the NFL in scoring defense, allowing 17.6 points per game, but they're also tied for 29th in scoring offense with just 16.8 points per game.

The Patriots, meanwhile, are coming off a 31-17 win over the Packers on Sunday night, which marked the fifth time in the last six weeks they've scored more than 30 points.

The biggest question marks for the Patriots will once again be the statuses of tight end Rob Gronkowski and running back Sony Michel. Gronkowski has missed two of the last three games while battling back and ankle injuries, and Michel has missed the last two with a knee injury. Both are listed as questionable.
