Another star Chiefs player is in the news for all the wrong reasons.

Wide receiver Tyreek Hill is under investigation for an alleged battery incident, according to the Kansas City Star. The Star obtained a police report from the Overland Park (Kansas) Police Department listing a juvenile as the victim, and a source told the Star the incident was against Hill's son and resulted in a broken arm.

The police report is dated Thursday, but it's unclear when the incident actually took place. The report lists Hill's fiancee, Crystal Espinal, under "others involved."

The Chiefs confirmed to the Star that they aware of an investigation involving Hill.

"The club is aware of the investigation involving Tyreek Hill," the statement says. "We’re in the process of gathering information and have been in contact with the league and local authorities. We’ll have no further comment at this time."

As of Friday afternoon, Hill has not been charged with a crime.

Back in December 2014, Hill allegedly punched and choked his now-fiancee while she was pregnant with their son. He was dismissed from the Oklahoma State football team and pleaded guilty to domestic assault and battery by strangulation in August 2015.

The Chiefs drafted Hill in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL Draft, and he has emerged as one of the best wide receivers in the league. Last season he had 87 catches for 1,479 yards and 12 touchdowns.

The Chiefs, of course, released star running back Kareem Hunt in late November after a video surfaced of him shoving and kicking a woman. Hunt has since signed with the Cleveland Browns, but is suspended for the first eight games of the 2019 season.
