Red Sox lineup: Shane Victorino sits with sore hamstring

After leaving Friday night's game with a lingering hamstring issue, Shane Victorino will get Saturday off. Daniel Nava replaces Victorino in both right field and the two spot in the lineup. With the right-handed Hiroki Kuroda on the mound for the Yankees, Mike Carp takes the place of Jonny Gomes in left field and the five spot. The rest of the Red Sox lineup remains the same.
