Roger Clemens and his lawyers are due in court Wednesday afternoon to plan for Andy Pettitte's testimony alleging Clemens admitted using performance-enhancing drugs. Clemens has maintained that he did not use human growth hormone during his 23-year major league career, while Pettitte admitted using it and said Clemens admitted using it in private, too. Clemens is accused of lying to the House Committee On Oversight and Government Reform three years ago during a deposition and hearing on the use of performance-enhancing drugs in baseball.
