Photos: Celtics beat Pacers to take 1-0 series lead

It certainly wasn't the prettiest game, but the Celtics pulled away from the Pacers in the third quarter and cruised to an 84-74 win Sunday afternoon at TD Garden to take a 1-0 series lead.

Marcus Morris had 20 points and seven rebounds off the bench, while Kyrie Irving also had 20 points to go along with seven assists. The Celtics' stifling defense held Bojan Bogdanovic to 12 points and the rest of the Pacers starters each to single digits.
