Dale & Keefe on Brad Marchand’s shot to Scott Harrington’s head: ‘It was cheap and cowardly but not suspendible’

Dale and Keefe discussed the Bruins’ series against the Blue Jackets ahead of Game 4 on Thursday and they do not think Brad Marchand should be suspended for his hit to the back of Scott Harrington’s head.

“They’re probably going to go after him a little bit here tonight,” Keefe said of possible retaliation at Marchand from the Blue Jackets. “That’d be my expectation but he doesn’t deserve to miss a game. It’s stupid, cowardly, all that other stuff but it’s not worthy of a suspension.”

“I don’t think it was a suspendible offense,” Dale agreed.

Keefe also wondered if the Blue Jackets might go after Marchand and “there is another level of intrigue now.”
