The Patriots have found some pass-rushing help. According to multiple reports, New England has reached an agreement with free agent defensive end Adrian Clayborn.

Clayborn was reportedly in Foxboro for a visit Thursday night, and apparently it went well. The 6-foot-3, 281-pounder turns 30 in July and is coming off his best season as a member of the Falcons. He finished with 9.5 sacks, although it's worth noting six came in one game.

Clayborn spent the first four years of his career with the Buccaneers and the last three in Atlanta. He didn't play against the Patriots in Super Bowl LI, as he was injured.

Clayborn was a first-round pick by the Buccaneers in 2011 and was arguably the best edge rusher available.
