Hunter Henry was always an intriguing name when looking at potential offseason pickups for the Patriots. He just became a lot less interesting to Pats fans.

Henry was viewed by many as the best option if the Patriots were looking for the kind of high-impact tight end Rob Gronkowski represented. But now the only way New England would be able to acquire the former second-round pick would be via a trade.

Henry has battled injuries over the past few years while managing 22 touchdowns since his rookie season in 2016. He will make in the neighborhood of $11 million in 2021.
