There have been some recent developments in the Robert Kraft-Orchids of Asia case.

Listen to your team news NOW.

Late Tuesday night, Florida prosecutors appealed a judge's ruling which threw out video evidence that allegedly shows Kraft paying for sex at a Florida massage parlor.

Tuesday was the deadline to appeal, as otherwise the case likely would have been dropped.

Prosecutors believe the judge made several errors in throwing out the video recording and they say the search warrant allowing hidden cameras was legal.

TMZ reports of the 39 videos recorded inside the massage parlor, only four do not contain alleged illegal activity.

Back in February Kraft was charged for paying for sex acts on back-to-back days in January.
